I hope you appreciate humor, honesty, and research-based learning, because you'll get ALOT of that here. I'm Shelley Tyler-Smith, an organizational capability and learning strategist specializing in change, leadership development, and stakeholder support.

Over the past 22 years, my journey has taken me through the fashion sector, higher education as both adjunct professor, career services director, and most recently organizational development and learning for a non-profit. While these experiences may seem vastly different, they share a common thread: effectively guiding transformations and developing others.

I've understood it, failed at it, grown from it, and ultimately realized there's a functional and evidence-based way to implement change and the development of others.
